Who we are?
MobiOne helps businesses all over the Nordics to improve their logistics. This includes improving efficiency by working smarter and not harder and improving quality by digitalising and focusing on the important variables at the right time. The company develops and sells mobile and digital products for” logistical efficiency and quality control”. MobiOne was founded in 2001 and has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. We have more than 5,000 users including small companies to multinational corporates.

We collect your personal information for the following purpose:

- Perform contractual obligations such as delivery, invoices, payments and support in accordance with our agreements with you as a customer
What personal data will we collect?
The type of personal data that MobiOne process about you may be:

- Your preferences and interests in a professional context
- Content you have uploaded such as photos and videos (for example for support tickets)
- Feedback or questions about our products, services or MobiOne
- Your unique user information such as login ID, username and password

- Email behaviour such as which emails from us you open, when you read them and how
- When using the e-mail client extensions (Outlook and Gmail add-in), we collect the name and e-mail address of each user on our servers. However, no email transactions or e-mail attachments are saved on our servers. No information is stored without the users consent.

MobiOne collects in general data directly from you. In some cases, we also collect data about you if your company is a customer of MobiOne.
We use cookies and other tracking technologies when you use our websites, our products and interact with us per email to optimize your user experience.
How long will we store personal data?
MobiOne will only store your personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose. We will consider our need to answer your queries or resolve problems and to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws.

We use digital tracking technologies like cookies and pixel tags to collect information about MobiOne users and our website visitors. When any processing is done outside the EU and EES, MobiOne will ensure legal grounds for such international transfers on behalf of you by relying on Privacy Shield (US) or using the EU Model Clauses. We will disclose your personal data if required by law or if any disclosure is necessary to comply with any legal process. We will only do this disclosure if it is absolutely necessary and if we can ensure your privacy rights.
As MobiOne consists of several subsidiaries, your personal data may be used by all subsidiaries to fulfil our obligations.
